Work We Turn Down
We work on residential garage doors, springs, openers, tracks, and panels. We don't do commercial roll-up doors or storefront gates - that's a different set of hardware and a different set of parts suppliers, and we'd rather send you to someone who stocks that gear than fake our way through it.
We also won't tell you to replace a door when a spring or a cable is the actual problem. A lot of the housing stock in this area went up between 1971 and 2002, with most of it dating to the 1980s and 90s across the thirteen named areas we cover. That means a huge share of the doors we see are original or close to it, and plenty of those just need one part swapped, not a new slab.
One honest limit: if a door has been sitting broken through a few seasons of our mild, occasionally-freezing winters, the track can warp enough that spot repair isn't worth your money anymore. We'll say so on-site instead of running up a bill on a door that's past the point of a cheap fix.

Contacting Us
Call 1-843-466-6186. That's the fastest way to get a real person who can ask what the door is doing, what it sounds like, and whether the opener is involved at all. From there we talk through a rough window for getting a truck to you and what the visit will likely cover.
Our address is 1301 Charleston Regional Pky, Charleston, SC 29492. We're not a storefront you walk into for a quick part - the trucks run from here, so the phone is the front door.
When you call, have the brand on the opener (if you can see it) and a sense of whether the problem is the door itself - won't lift, off its tracks, panel dented - or the opener - won't respond, runs but door doesn't move, makes noise but nothing happens. That alone cuts a lot of back-and-forth once we're standing in front of it.
What we find
The Areas We Cover
Serving Charleston, SC
We work in Charleston and the surrounding communities: Mount Pleasant (6 miles), James Island (7 miles), Hanahan (7 miles), North Charleston (8 miles), Sullivan's Island (9 miles), Folly Beach (11 miles), Goose Creek (12 miles), Isle of Palms (13 miles), Hollywood (14 miles), Ladson (15 miles), Kiawah Island (16 miles), Ravenel (16 miles), and Meggett (19 miles). Closer in, that covers West Ashley (3 miles southwest), Ansonborough (4 miles southeast), Harleston Village (4 miles south-southeast), and Wild Dunes (14 miles east).
Across that area we're seeing roughly 129,815 households, with about 63,826 of those owning the house they're in - which is the group that actually calls us, since renters usually route a broken door through a landlord or property manager.
If you're near the edge of that list, call anyway. Distance from our address isn't always the deciding factor on whether we can get to you same-week.
Questions
Common questions
Do you come out to Kiawah Island or is that too far?
We cover Kiawah Island, about 16 miles out, along with the other areas on our list. It's one of our farther stops, so scheduling there can take a bit more coordinating than a job closer to our address, but we do work out there.
What should I have ready when I call?
The opener brand if you can see it, and a clear read on whether the door itself is stuck or the opener isn't responding. That's usually enough for us to give you a realistic idea of what the visit will involve before a truck even leaves.
Do you work on commercial doors?
No. We stick to residential garage doors, springs, openers, tracks, and panels. Commercial roll-up doors and storefront gates use different parts and different suppliers, so we'd rather point you elsewhere than guess.
Is there a walk-in location?
Our address at 1301 Charleston Regional Pky is where the trucks are based, not a retail counter. Call 1-843-466-6186 first - that's how every job starts, whether it's a same-day spring break or something you're planning ahead.
